Sean has 17 years of construction industry experience with Balfour Beatty where he has contributed to some of the Mid-Atlantic team’s premier projects. He rose through the ranks on projects including 220 Twentieth Street, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, The Bartlett, and The Foundry to his current role as vice president of operations, overseeing the success of multiple large Mid-Atlantic projects including the 982,000-square-foot mixed-use Carlyle Crossing. Sean has demonstrated an innate ability to lead, solve problems quickly and build solid relationships with clients. He was the recipient of Balfour Beatty’s 2016 Mid-Atlantic Relentless Ally Award in recognition of his dedication to client service and operational excellence.

As vice president of human resources, Anna-Lisa leverages her 20+ years of human resources experience, providing multifaceted insight to a variety of national human resources programs, policies, and practices that enhance the employee experience, promote company culture, and help grow the organization. She is a champion for attracting and retaining the finest people in the industry through robust intern programming, recruiting, employee engagement, and recognition; promoting an inclusive environment where everyone can excel; and is a leader of an employee affinity group, Connecting Women's Mid-Atlantic chapter. His diverse portfolio of work spanning multi-family, education, office, hospitality, government, entertainment, corrections and professional sports includes SeaWorld's Sesame Street, Orlando Magic Continuing Works and multiple projects for Osceola County.

Scott Kimpel

A veteran in his field, Scott brings a decorated, 30-year history delivering large, complex projects across the United States. As the local leader of Balfour Beatty’s operations in Tampa Bay, Scott is focused on providing superior construction management services to our clients, bringing his strong relationships with the local subcontractor market and his proactive, hands-on approach to planning and execution. Providing unmatched local knowledge in the Tampa Bay area, his portfolio encompasses a variety of markets, from hospitality, entertainment to higher education, aviation to industrial and office. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Geological Sciences, Ohio State University.

Amy Kennedy

Amy's nearly 25-year career with Balfour Beatty has led her to be an instrumental operations leader, managing large teams and delivering many high-profile projects in Central Florida. With a diverse project portfolio that includes hospitality, entertainment, multi-family and senior living facilities, she is a passionate advocate for her clients. As vice president of operations, Amy provides executive leadership and support to Balfour Beatty's project teams in Central Florida focused on work-winning and operations excellence. Amy also leads Florida's chapter of Balfour Beatty's Connecting Women affinity group which encourages the advancement of women in construction by providing opportunities for mentorship and career development.

Mac Hoenicke

As a project executive in Florida, Mac is responsible for multi-family business development, client retention, preconstruction services, and operations coordination throughout the state. His experience includes project oversight, from preconstruction through delivery, for many types of multi-unit construction including mid and high-rise luxury apartments, senior and student housing, hospitality and resort projects.

As business development director, Willis works with leadership to establish and nurture relationships with our clients and partners across the Central Florida region. He supports strategic planning, client development and project pursuits and has been instrumental in the company’s success as one of the top general contractors in Orlando. As a community ambassador, Willis serves on the Board of Trustees for the Academy of Construction Technologies (ACT), Board of Directors for the Downtown Orlando Partnership (DOP) and the Orlando Economic Partnership’s Investor Relations Committee.

Neal Ernest

As vice president of operations, Neal provides executive leadership and operational support to Balfour Beatty project teams in Central Florida and Tampa Bay. With a career spanning 25 years at Balfour Beatty, Neal excels at managing complex, multi-phased projects from preconstruction through turnover. Neal's reputation as a builder is grounded in his ability to drive out waste and inefficiency in the project life-cycle providing incredible value to his clients. Some of his most notable projects include Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando, Hyatt Regency Orlando, Lake Nona Pixon Apartments and University of Central Florida College of Medicine.

Warren McCraw

As chief estimator in the South Florida office, Warren has 35+ years of experience. He prepares estimates at all phases of design: schematic, design development and construction documents. Constructability reviews and assistance early in the design phase maximizes project value. Warren’s subcontractor relationships are deep and his vast knowledge has earned him the respect of owners and architects alike.

Janice Lowery

Janice is responsible for the accounting and budgetary oversight of Balfour Beatty's Florida business operations. Throughout her career, she has worked in several construction disciplines and brings a breadth of industry knowledge with experience in development, residential, road building and commercial construction. Janice champions the personal and professional growth of the financial profession across the industry through her long-time membership of CFMA. A Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional, Janice continues to set the standard of excellence in her role with Balfour Beatty.

Vince Hull

A 35-year construction veteran, Vince's impressive project portfolio includes a diverse array of projects across the multifamily, retail, education and public use market sectors. Vince assumes a key role as vice president of operations, providing executive leadership and support of Balfour Beatty's commercial operations in South Florida. Driven by client satisfaction, Vince is known for his ability to cultivate collaboration throughout all phases of the project life-cycle and promote Balfour Beatty's people-first culture amongst his project teams. He has worked on some of Balfour Beatty's most significant projects in Florida such as Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Solitair Brickell Apartments and most recently, the award-winning Icon Marina Village.

John Harris

As executive vice president and business unit leader, John creates and leads strategies in core markets and niche projects offering value-driven delivery strategies throughout the state. His many responsibilities include leading and supporting over 200 management employees through all stages of the project lifecycle – including client development, marketing, BIM services, pre-construction, and operations. An industry veteran, John brings more than two decades of experience exclusively at Balfour Beatty.

Martin Driscoll

As business development director for our South Florida office, Martin supports Balfour Beatty’s mission to create and maintain longstanding client relationships. With a background in law, his value and expertise derive from leadership roles in different facets of commercial real estate and construction, as well as serving as president, director of business development and vice president of development for several South Florida firms.

Earnest DeLoach, Jr.

As senior vice president, of legal, Earnest is responsible for all legal affairs for the Florida operations including contracting matters and litigation management and serves as the division's compliance officer. As a member of the Florida leadership team, Earnest functions as a strategic business partner in supporting Florida operations.

Mike Carlin

Mike Carlin began his career with Balfour Beatty as an intern before joining full-time in 1990. Mike’s career experience while at Balfour Beatty has included work as an estimator, project engineer, assistant project manager, project manager, senior project manager and superintendent. Currently, he is senior vice president of operations for the company in Florida.

Bruce Capon

Senior Vice President, Business Acquisition

As leader of the business acquisition team in Florida, Bruce has more than 30 years of industry experience and is responsible for estimating and preconstruction. His previous contributions as head of Florida’s estimating department, in addition to providing oversight for both the estimating and preconstruction teams, have been an invaluable asset.

Business Development Director, Martin Welton, is a Charlotte native with a natural connection to the heart and soul of the Queen City. Martin holds over two decades of real estate experience and is a seasoned business developer with success in connecting prospective and current clients with solutions and results. Martin is responsible for constructing effective relationships with existing and potential owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers. Martin attended Charlotte Country Day School and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
