Balfour Beatty Relocates Raleigh Operations to New Office
November 5, 2026
RALEIGH, N.C. – Balfour Beatty announces the relocation of its Raleigh office, a part of the company’s Carolinas Buildings operations, to 4130 Parklake Avenue, Suite 110, Raleigh, NC 27612, creating a workplace designed to support its people, strengthen collaboration and position the local team for continued growth across the Carolinas.
The new office reinforces Balfour Beatty’s long-term commitment to the Raleigh-Durham market providing construction services such as new construction, interior buildouts, renovations, adaptive reuse, demolition, expansions, additions and utility infrastructure work.
Serving public and private clients in sectors including aviation, education, public and civic facilities, parks and recreation, corporate office, healthcare, mission critical and mixed-use development, Balfour Beatty has built longstanding client and subcontractor relationships that have established the company as a local construction partner throughout the Triangle.
“Raleigh has been an important part of our Carolinas business for years, and this new office reflects both the strength of what our team has built here and our confidence in what comes next,” said Jeff Sandeen, president of Balfour Beatty’s Carolinas operations. “As we grow alongside our clients and communities, this space gives our people an even stronger environment to collaborate with intent, share expertise and bring the combined capabilities of Balfour Beatty to the opportunities ahead. It also creates a home base where our people can stay connected, learn from one another and contribute to the shared ambition that is shaping our next chapter of growth.”
The new office brings 115 teammates together in a workplace designed to strengthen collaboration and support continued growth in the Triangle. The Raleigh team is part of Balfour Beatty’s approximately 220-person Carolinas operations, with the new space providing a home base for employees to connect, develop and continue building on the local relationships that have established the business in the market.
