Evan began his career with Balfour Beatty as an intern and has grown into a key operations leader supporting projects across Orange County and the Inland Empire. Drawing on experience in both project management and field operations, he provides strategic oversight of project staffing, resources, budgets, schedules, client relationships, and compliance efforts to help teams deliver safe, high-quality projects from planning through completion.
