Cornell is a Superintendent in Sacramento who has built his career at Balfour Beatty, progressing from Project Intern to Superintendent through hands-on experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellence. Over more than eight years with the firm, he has developed expertise in field operations, project execution, safety, logistics coordination and quality management while serving in roles ranging from Field Engineer to Assistant Superintendent. Today, Cornell leads field teams with a collaborative approach that keeps work moving efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety, schedule and quality. His practical construction knowledge, coupled with a background of service in the United States Marine Corps as a Heavy Equipment Operator, enables him to successfully manage complex projects and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork on every jobsite.
