Bill Machado

Bill is a General Superintendent with more than three decades of industry experience, having built his career from the ground up after starting as a Laborer. Known throughout the region for his signature Red Safety Shed on every project, Bill is deeply committed to safety, Zero Harm, and the wellbeing of the communities surrounding his work. He leads major and complex projects with a strong focus on culture, mentorship, and community engagement—efforts for which he has been formally recognized. Bill’s leadership consistently leaves a positive, lasting impact on both people and projects.
