Eager students, delighted faculty, and proud project team members enjoyed the commemorative ribbon-cutting ceremony as the school welcomed the public to enjoy their modern facility.

The new $32 million, 57,800-square-foot Center for Business and Technology is unlike any other building at Mesa College, intentionally designed and built to feel like a business complex seamlessly transformed into classrooms.

The new facility houses the computer information science, business, digital technology, fashion, hospitality and web development classes previously dispersed throughout the campus. Highlights include a case-study room and a large Visix screen video wall visible upon entry into the building.

The Center for Business & Technology is expected to be awarded a LEED®  Silver certification for green building and design.
