Balfour Beatty’s Dallas location is one of the firm’s oldest offices, established in 1936. The Dallas team has been responsible for building some of the area’s most recognizable landmarks including the Meyerson Symphony Hall, One Arts Plaza, Gaylord Texan Resort, and the Dallas Museum of Art. Balfour Beatty continues to be a significant contributor the City’s efforts to develop as a major metropolitan city currently building the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, the Omni Dallas Hotel, and as a joint venture partner on the team building the New Parkland Hospital.
