The Belgard is a 13-story, concrete-framed luxury residential tower in Washington, D.C. The building is set over a three-level, approximately 70,000-square-foot parking garage with 210-spaces, and has 346-units which include a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom layout options; it also offers a select number of micro units and two-level suites. The project was built to LEED certification standards.
The building features amenity spaces throughout the development that have been thoughtfully designed to foster interaction and a true sense of community. Amenity spaces include a lobby, fitness center, club room, and mail room on the first floor; several courtyard planting areas on the ground and second floors; and a rooftop pool with resort-style cabanas, trellises, barbecue grilling stations, dog park, landscaping and green roof areas on the penthouse level.
