This 290,000-square-foot tenant improvement involved the re-stack and renovation of 15 occupied floors in a Class A highrise building for an international law firm. Functions include private offices, secretarial stations, conference center, litigation center, library, records center, mail center, data center, copy and coffee breakout areas, and a full kitchen and cafeteria. The project was completed in six phases with three or more floors under construction at any given time, allowing the building to remain occupied during construction. The first phase involved the temporary construction on two separate floors that were used for the re-location of employees for swing space.
