This project involved two DSA packages: Stage 1 (Music Building / Whole Site Modernization Buildings 100-600, Twain High and Portable Modernization), and Stage 2 CTE Project (Building 400 Room 416 – Shop and Outdoor Work Area). The new single-story 16,125-square-foot classroom buildings were constructed as well as a 14,800-square-foot single-story music building with two separate classrooms for band and orchestra. Modernization efforts for buildings to remain on campus included non-structural partition realignments to create six new classroom spaces within areas of Buildings 200, 300 and 400; improvements to exterior building envelopes and covered lunch areas; hardscape and landscape improvements; technology, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire safety improvements; modifications to the pedestrian access to the campus; installing a new comms system; and internal classroom upgrades.
