    Jacqueline Chen joins Balfour Beatty Construction as Executive in charge of national brand and communications

    DALLAS - After an extensive search, Balfour Beatty Construction recently selected Jacqueline Chen to lead the company's national brand and communications strategy in partnership with marketing/communications teams across the country as vice president of corporate brand and communications.
    “Jacqueline is well suited to help us differentiate our external brand in the market and to evolve our overall communications platforms and strategies to best support our changing needs as a business.” says John Parolisi, executive vice president and chief strategy officer at Balfour Beatty Construction’s corporate headquarters.

    Chen brings 15 years of marketing/communications experience to Balfour Beatty. She has helped establish leading brands across a variety of sectors including Deloitte, Wells Fargo, Barclays Global Investors, NCR Corporation, Sun Microsystems, Quintiles Transnational, Primavera Systems and The CFA Institute. She spent eight years of her career at Ogilvy, a leading global marketing firm, based out of New York. Most recently, she was the senior vice president of marketing and communications for Amedisys, the nation's leading healthcare at home company headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA.

    She has a BA from New York University (NYU), where she majored in journalism and minored in social anthropology. Her specialties include branding, B2B marketing, product/service development, strategic sales/marketing, digital/online marketing, corporate positioning, executive visibility, thought leadership development, financial communications, crisis communications/issues management, product communications, events and analyst relations.
