Scheduling Services
At Balfour Beatty Construction, we understand the value of a schedule that properly reflects all of an owner’s requirements, accurate installation sequences, and realistic durations so that it may be used as a management tool to monitor and direct job progress. The schedule is a primary issue from project conception through completion. We have delivered 100% of our construction management projects on or before they were needed, demonstrating that our expertise in scheduling is a service you can depend upon.
Our dedicated in–house scheduling managers work with pre–construction and operations teams, including numerous subcontractors and suppliers bidding on your project, to develop accurate schedules, also visiting the project to review schedule updates and make any required logic changes.
Once the project master schedule has been developed, a scheduling engineer will be assigned to monitor the schedule on a bi–weekly basis. The scheduling manager is responsible for schedule updates and maintenance. Updated schedules are then reviewed for any current and anticipated problems so that corrective action can be taken. Subcontractors then receive the updated schedules, as required for delivery conformance.
