- Cost database. We validate your budget based on other similar projects using real–time data, combined with historical costs and market projections. Using our proprietary cost database, we are able to draw data from hundreds of similar projects, ensuring the design meets your expectations without any surprises during construction.
- MEP systems analysis. We review design options and costs with input from key subcontractors and facility maintenance personnel early in the design. This early review helps us identify materials for possible early purchasing, saving you money.
- Constructability workshops. Our constructability review workshops help lower the GMP by reducing unknowns and contingencies normally carried in subcontractors’ bids.
