For the interior renovation and refinishing project on this distinctive Dallas skyscraper, Balfour Beatty Construction led a group of specialty contractors through the finish of ten floors totaling 225,000 square feet of tenant improvements. The work included complete demolition on each floor, and refinishing to a more progressive and clean design.
