The redevelopment of Atlantis as the premier destination of the Bahamas involved a complete makeover. The improvements included renovating the main lobby, expanding two restaurants and upgrading the 1,165 guestrooms to "four-star" status. The spectacular setting includes seven salt water lagoons spanning 5 acres.
