After recently completing program management services (through Balfour Concord) for the new 1.4 million square foot Children Hospital on the Fitzsimons campus in Denver, Colorado, Balfour Beatty Construction has been selected to provide construction management services for task orders and capital improvements on the same campus, starting in January 2008.
