The team of Balfour Beatty Construction and Concord Eastridge, Inc. was recently awarded the $53.6 million public–private contract for The Mason Inn, a 170,800 square–foot conference center and hotel on George Mason University (GMU) Fairfax, Virginia, campus.
The Mason Inn will provide a high–quality, technologically–advanced space for university events, academic conferences, and other activities, and help boost GMU profile as one of the nations premier universities.
Balfour Beatty and Concord Eastridge, a real estate development firm, have teamed up as University Hotel Partners LLC to develop, design, and build The Mason Inn.
