Balfour Beatty Construction will provide construction management–at–risk services for the $30 million Dr Pepper StarCenter expansion in Frisco, Texas. The project includes expanding the 3,800 seat arena into a 6,500 seat event center capable of hosting sporting events, concerts, and graduations. A 1,000 car hybrid parking structure will also be developed west of the existing parking structure.
