Victor began his career with the company in 1979 as a Senior Estimator in the Industrial Division Estimating Team. In 1983 he was promoted to Head Estimator (Industrial Division), with responsibilities for scheduling estimator take-off assignments and assisting the Chief Estimator in pricing and bid preparations. In 1988, Victor became Chief Estimator, followed by a promotion in 1992 to Vice President. As Vice President of preconstruction services, Victor is responsible for estimating, value engineering, and bid packaging of projects for the Dallas Metro office. As estimating team leader, he is responsible for the management of the day-to-day efforts of various estimating and budget development functions, and oversees high-profile clients such as Harwood, Hines, Billingsley, and Hillwood. Victor has been directly involved in the Hospitality and Gaming with clients such as, Gaylord, Mescalero Apache Tribe, Chickasaw Tribe, Pueblo of Pojoaque and Shoshone/Bannock Tribe. Victor received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Santo Thomas in 1976 and is a member of the Association of Subcontractors of America
