Vicki joined Balfour Beatty Construction in 2003 and currently serves as the Vice President of Contracts and Purchasing Administration for the Military Housing, Multifamily Housing, and Commercial business units in Atlanta. Vicki has more than 30 years of industry experience as she leads a team of seven, whose responsibilities include contracts, risk analysis, subcontrator prequalification, Subguard, CCIP, Davis-Bacon compliance, employee development/training, and Constructware.
As the executive sponsor of Balfour Beatty's Southeast Regional Technology Team (SERTT), Vicki increases intra-divisional communication and collaboration, leveraging resources and best practices to help minimize costs for the markets and clients Balfour Beatty services. Vicki is also a valued member of the Sustainability/Wellness Committee for the Georgia Division, which furthers Balfour Beatty's commitment to making a positive social, environmental, and economic impact.
Vicki has served on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction and been an active member in the Georgia Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors. She has also successfully completed multiple leadership programs, including Bell Leadership Institute, FMI Management Development, Grinnell Leadership, and Grid International.
With a passion for civic engagement, Vicki has served on athletic boards for various youth recreational sports. Her contributions to the community include working with MUST Ministries, Center for Family Resources, SafePath Children's Advocacy Center, Inc., Habitat for Humanity, and Devereaux Georgia.
