Vice President - Sustainability
Tracy joined Balfour Beatty Construction in 2005, and has 25 years experience in the construction industry. In 2011 she was promoted to Vice President of Sustainability in recognition of her leadership of the company's national sustainability task team. In her current role, Tracy will lead the company's continuing implementation of our Sustainability Roadmap around Healthy Communities, Profitable Markets, and the Environment. In that capacity, she works across all Balfour Beatty's U.S. construction services businesses, and as liaison with the parent company and the external marketplace, around leading issues related to sustainability.
Previously, Tracy served as Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Director of the Florida Division of Balfour Beatty Construction, where she supervised business development and operations for our IPD, renewable energy sector, and Public-Private Partnership work. She has extensive Design/Build and CM at Risk experience and as IPD Director was responsible for incorporating virtual design and construction (VDC) processes throughout the Florida Division projects. From 2005-2008, she was Director of Preconstruction for the South Florida market. She oversaw the preparation of estimates from conceptual through GMP phases and development of the project schedule, interacted with the subcontractor community to provide latest market information and develop bidding strategy. She also acted as a single point of contact for clients throughout this process and as liaison during the transition to construction.
