Tom joined the company in 1970 as an office engineer on the Dallas Cowboy Stadium project. Tom’s experience with Balfour Beatty Construction includes Senior Project Manager, Purchasing Agent, and Senior Vice President for the contract division when he left the company in 1993. He rejoined the company in 2002 and currently serves as a Vice President of Operations for healthcare work, overseeing the Mayo Clinic project in Jacksonville, Florida, University Hospital in Augusta, GA and manages all healthcare work for South Florida for Memorial Regional Hospital System Hollywood, Florida. Tom holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Citadel and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineering, The Associated General Contractors and Associated Builders and Contractors. Tom also has an Engineer in Training status in South Carolina.
