Pleas began his career with the company in 1989, and now serves as the Business Unit Leader and Division Vice President of Operations. Pleas is the officer-in-charge of several projects, including the Dr Pepper StarCenter-Firsco, Starwood Apartments, StarCenter-McKinney, Presbyterian Hospital-Flower Mound, Scott & White Hospital, Children’s Medical Center, and Harris Methodist Ft. Worth. Pleas previously served as Vice President in preconstruction and was instrumental in the project management of several Dallas landmarks, such as the JP Morgan International Plaza Phases I, II, and III. He earned his B.S. degree from Southern Methodist University in 1985, and has more than 20 years of construction industry experience.
