Pat is Senior Vice President of Balfour Beatty Construction’s Charlotte Commercial group. He is currently responsible for all sales and operational aspects of that market including local area projects such as The Bank of America New Office Tower/Ritz-Carlton Hotel/Winter Garden, UNC-Charlotte Student Union, Bank of America Founders Hall Renovation, Mint Hill High School, Pickens High School and Daniel High School. Pat has worked in construction since 1992 and been involved in more than $2.5 billion worth of large-scale projects in the commercial, retail, financial, and hospitality markets. His strengths lie in his strong operations background and in-depth industry knowledge. Pat’s experience, along with his leadership ability, is instrumental in the continued growth of the Charlotte commercial market. Pat graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Construction Management.
