Mike earned a B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida in 1974 and began his career with the company (Frank J. Rooney) in Little Rock, Arkansas (1975) as a Project Manager. Throughout his thirty four (34) year career working throughout the southwest and southeastern United States; inclusive of the US Virgin Island for four (4) years, he has held leadership positions including Vice President, Senior Vice President and in 2000 was promoted to Division Chief Operating Officer / Executive Vice President. His professional and civil organization memberships have included Orange County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Orlando Class 44, Board of Director’s for the Kissimmee / Osceola County Chamber of Commerce and the Foundation for Osceola Education, Inc.
