Mike joined the company in 1988, his chosen career path at that time was the field supervision route that strengthened the skills required to better serve our clients. He later assembled, organized and managed multiple high profile projects as a General Superintendent with a keen focus on delivering quality products while creating lasting client relationships that benefit our company today. Promoted to Vice President and Business Unit Leader in 2005, he now explores strategies on strengthening existing relationships with our corrections partners and clients while also gathering intelligence on the Criminal Justice United States market for expanding his business into new market areas with a controlled growth philosophy. He is also currently leveraging our experience to grow our corrections portfolio along with the Balfour Beatty support staff evaluating the entire United States market for Private Public Partnerships, Private and Design Build opportunities and new delivery methods.
