Senior Vice President, Human Resources, South Central Region
Michelle joined the company in 1999 with the healthcare group in Nashville. In 2005, she was named to the position of Vice President of Human Resources for the DFW Division, and in 2011 promoted to senior vice president of human resources serving all the divisions in the South Central region. In this role, she is responsible for recruiting, training, and development needs across North Texas, Central Texas, and Houston.
In addition to her role at the regional level, Michelle is also a member of the company’s Human Resources Leadership Team, which shapes the talent management strategies, tools, and processes for the entire company. Michelle received a B.S. in Communication Arts from the Defiance College in Ohio, and an M.S. in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
