Mark joined the company in 1993 as an Internal Audit Manager. Today, he serves as Vice President of Finance, overseeing the financial services, financial reporting, payroll, benefits, and performance awareness teams. In addition, he is actively involved in the company’s financial and strategic planning efforts. In his tenure with the company, Mark has held positions such as Operating Division Controller, Financial Reporting Director, and Director of Shared Services. He received a B.S. and a Master’s of Accountancy from the University of Missouri and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mark is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association and a member of the SMU School of Business Student Mentor Program.
