Louyse joined Balfour Beatty Construction in March, 2003 as Vice President of Human Resources and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for the Southeast Region. Louyse has more than 20 years of experience in all facets of Organization Development and Human Resources Management, having developed competencies in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, organization structure, human resources management, leadership development, culture shifts, change management, organization and team effectiveness. Louyse has a Ph.D. in Leadership and Education with a specialization in Human Resources Development from Barry University and holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She is responsible for managing the HR function and for working with Balfour Beatty Construction to develop common HR practices among Divisions. Louyse is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the American Society for Training and Development. She sits on the Executive Education Advisory Board of the Hudson Institute of Entrepreneurship and Executive Education with the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business & Entrepreneurship. Louyse also is an adjunct professor with Barry University teaching classes in the HRD Masters program.
