Leon has been with Balfour Beatty Construction since 2001, holding the positions of Chief Estimator, Vice President, SVP, and currently, Division President of the National/Federal Group. Leon is responsible for the tracking, strategy and processes necessary to acquire Federal projects on a nationwide basis. During his 23-year career he has pursued projects in more then 30 states. Leon is a past president of the National Capitol Chapter of Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and holds an A.S. in construction engineering from Alfred State College.
