Vice President of Public-Private Partnerships
Ken Portnoy joined Balfour Beatty Construction in August 2011 as Vice President of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). In this role, Ken will support and coordinate Balfour Beatty Construction’s efforts in national public-private partnerships (PPP). He will serve as a resource to all our region and division teams to procure and deliver public facilities using innovative approaches in private investment, financial solutions, and legal structures.
Ken has more than 10 years experience successfully implementing public-private partnerships for commercial, institutional and public clients. He has held key positions in real estate development and investment and has a comprehensive background in design, construction, finance, and real estate transactions.
Portnoy attended the College of Architecture, Art and Planning at Cornell University, the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University and Columbia University’s Business School.
