John joined the company in 1984 as a Vice President and Project Executive in Miami. He has worked in the construction industry for 40 years. In his current role as Vice President in preconstruction, he oversees the preconstruction activities of Federal pursuits thru out the Southeastern United States to ensure that our proposals and the client’s needs are met. John’s experience encompasses a wide range of construction projects, including cruise terminals, parking garages, site utilities, office buildings, maximum security criminal justice facilities, pre-trial detention facilities, hospitals, hotel resorts and spas, education facilities, museums, mixed-use facilities, airports, firing ranges, libraries, condominiums and bio science facilities. John earned a B.S. degree in Building Construction from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He has contractor’s licenses in South Carolina, North Carolina, Louisiana, and Alabama.
