John Parolisi joined the company in 2005 as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Marketing. John began his career as a process and project engineer at Fluor Daniel. Upon graduating from business school in 1991, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in the Chicago office, serving a wide range of industrial clients both domestically and abroad. One major client of note was an engineering construction firm that John served across several engagements in the U.S. and Asia. John joined Sears in 1997 and, during his career there, led a variety of efforts in Sears Home Services, Sears Online and Sears Retail. John holds a Master’s in Management with majors in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University and a Master’s of Engineering from Dartmouth College.
