Division President, Military Housing Division
Jim is responsible for executive oversight and management of our company’s Military Housing Program. His responsibilities include the management of preconstruction services, marketing, estimating, project management, staffing, strategic planning, scheduling, procurement, and business development for this market. Prior to joining Balfour Beatty Construction, he managed one of the nation’s top general contractor’s U.S. commercial operations. Jim holds a Civil Engineering degree from Central Piedmont Community College and was in the U.S. Navy Construction Battalion, U.S. Navy “Seabees,” and served in Vietnam. Jim is very active in the Atlanta community as a member and past president of the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia and past president of the Georgia Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors.
