Jim has been in construction for 25 years. He joined Balfour Beatty Construction in 1990 as a Senior Project Engineer. Jim worked on projects in the Virgin Islands including the St. Thomas Hospital, Atlantis Paradise Resort in the Bahamas, Carnival Cruise Lines Headquarters Building in Miami, and Harrah’s Casino in New Orleans. After these projects, Jim took on his first project at Florida Atlantic University. His attention to service played a significant role in developing the university as one of the division's key clients. In 2005 Jim was promoted to Operations Manager overseeing the high-rise projects of Midtown 2 and 4 in Miami. He was named Vice President, Operations in late 2007. Jim is currently in Ft. Lee Virginia overseeing the Ft. Lee Central Campus Project for the USACOE. Jim graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida.
