Jeff Schippmann joined Balfour Beatty Construction in January 2008 as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Talent Officer. Jeff has more than 25 years of experience in the field of talent assessment, staffing, employee development, organizational analysis, and change leadership.
Before joining Balfour Beatty, Jeff held a range of senior positions with PepsiCo in New York and with Personnel Decisions International (PDI) in Minneapolis. He is a licensed psychologist and a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Human Resource Planning Society.
Jeff holds a B.A. in Psychology from Lambuth College in Jackson, Tennessee, and a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Memphis.
