Mr. Jackson's focus is on advancing the services of design-build and higher education. During his 20 years with the firm, Jeff has worked with such clients as Paris Junior College, City of Dallas, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and many of the largest school districts in north and central Texas.
Jeff has managed projects under multiple delivery methods such as design-bid-build, construction management at risk, and design-build. He is a 1984 graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
