Frank joined the company in December of 2001 as a Project Executive for the Southeast Division, Commercial Business Unit. In 2006 he was promoted to Vice President for the Military Housing Business Unit, and in 2008 Frank took over operational responsibilities for the Atlanta Commercial Business Unit. He has worked in several East coast states on various types of civil, government, retail, institutional, higher and K-12 education construction projects. He has degrees from the Rochester Institute of Technology, (BS Civil Engineering) and Alfred State College, (AS Civil Engineering). He has 26 years of industry experience.
