Don joined the company in 1976, and has held multiple positions with Balfour Beatty Construction such as Assistant Project Engineer, Senior Project Manager, Project Director, and became a Project Executive in the Dallas office in 1997. In 2005, Don was promoted to Vice President. Don completed the resolution of both the Dallas VA Medical (7/06) Center and Detroit VA Medical Center (8/05) project and was responsible for archiving the millions of documents on both. He started working for the Dallas/Fort Worth division in 2007 assisting Rodney Moss in the resolution of outstanding issues on other projects. He earned a B.S. in Civil Technology from the University of Houston in 1968, and then joined the Army. He attended Officer Candidate School, was commissioned and worked for the Fort Worth District Corps of Engineers as an officer and as a civilian from 1969 until 1975. He attained the rank of Major before ending military service.
