David joined the company in 1977 as an Estimator. Today, he serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Corporate Services, with responsibilities including managing compensation programs, executing strategic initiatives in the company’s pursuit and retention of top talent, supporting employee training and development, and implementing employee engagement programs. During his tenure with the company, he has accepted greater levels of responsibility including the positions of Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. David earned a B.S. in Building Construction Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1977. He is an active member of the Associated General Contractors of America. In addition, he serves on the Development & Advisory Board of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of North Texas.
