Dave has over 36 years of experience in the construction industry. He joined the company as Vice President - Chief Estimator in 1986. In addition to his duties at Balfour Beatty Construction, Dave also serves as a member of the Construction Association of South Florida, and the American Society of Professional Estimators. A native of Florida, Dave holds a B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida and is a Certified General Contractor.
