Dale is responsible for oversight of Howard S. Wright’s day-to-day operations and co-chairs the senior leadership team with Brad Nydahl. He has 25 years in the industry and joined the Company in 1995. Dale has excelled in designing and implementing operational efficiencies. Working closely with regional leaders, Dale ensures that all of our clients and employees experience the same high quality approach and commitment to their success. Prior to his becoming HSW's chief operating officer, Dale guided the Portland Regional Office through 10 years of consistent growth. Dale has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Oregon.
