Connie joined the company in 1996 as Director of Marketing and Communications in the company’s southwest division. In April of 2005, she accepted her current position in Corporate Communications, responsible for strategies and programs which strengthen the company’s brand recognition and reputation with both internal and external audiences. Connie began her career as a mortgage loan officer before moving on to serve as Director of Corporate Marketing Services for eight years at Clark Construction Group in Bethesda, Maryland. Connie holds a B.S. in finance and business administration from the University of Maryland and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators.
