President, Charter Builders
Mr. DeVoe, who joined Charter Builders in 1993, became President in 2004. He has more than 29 years of major project experience in General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design-Build services. Charles is responsible for the overall performance of the division, including profit and loss, all commercial and business development, and the guidance and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives. He serves on the board of TEXO and was 2009 Co-Chairman of the Board. He is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Engineering.
