Division President, North Texas Division
Mr. DeVoe, who joined Charter Builders in 1993, became President in 2004. He has more than 29 years of major project experience in General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design-Build services. In 2011, Charles assumed the role of president of the company's North Texas division, which includes both the legacy DFW division and Charter Builders. He now oversees all Balfour Beatty Construction operations in North Texas.
In addition to his role at the division level, Charles is a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team, serving to guide and direct the strategies, future growth, and direction of the entire company.
He is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Engineering.
