Carl currently serves as a Senior Vice President for Military Housing and began his career in the construction industry in 1983. Prior to joining the company in 2003, he started the multi-family group for a major general contractor. Under his leadership, this unit progressed to an industry leader in multi-family residential construction. Throughout his 26-year career, Carl has held oversight responsibility for over 21,000 multi-family and military housing units nationwide. He led his team in the participation and success of the Army’s first privatized military housing project at Fort Carson, Colorado. His team’s most recent success is the award of the largest military housing project to date, winning the Navy Region Southeast housing privatization project valued at $525M. Carl is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University and holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
