Previously served as Vice President of Estimating and Purchasing. Mr. Helm provides support to the President on administrative matters and market development while continuing to provide leadership and management of Charter's Pre-construction and Estimating Services, which consistently deliver exceptional value to our customers. Mr. Helm is a 1985 graduate of Purdue University and currently serves on the board of the Construction Education Foundation, for which he was the 2009 Chairman of the Board. He has been with Charter his entire career.
In 2011, Bruce was named senior vice president of the North Texas division, with overall responsibility for the operations and management of the Charter Builders education business. He holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University.
