Angela joined Balfour Beatty Construction in 2004 as Director of Performance Awareness, where she has played a leadership role in company initiatives such as balanced scorecard, moving our business into CAS compliance to enable the pursuit of large Federal projects, and most recently, the redesign of the corporate/shared services/functional business model to better position us as an effective and efficient national contractor. In 2011 she was promoted to Vice President of Business Improvement, charged with delivering key strategic initiatives of the collective organization. These include evaluation and institution of Business Intelligence across several functions, working with functional/regional leaders to implement the recently redesigned business model, and evolving our instruments for best practices/knowledge sharing.
Angela has 22 years of experience as a registered Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma.
