Responsible to the President for management of the company's construction activities. Aaron oversees site-based personnel ensuring on-time delivery, safety compliance, quality excellence, and financial success of projects across Texas. Aaron's success can be attributed, in part, to his solid relationships with clients, architects, engineers, local officials, and subcontractors. A 1993 graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Building Construction, Aaron has been with Charter Builders his entire career.
