In November, the Cape Coral Builders of Hope team held a bowling event to raise money for the American Cancer Society. A total of $2265 was raised. Prizes donated included a weekend trip to Tampa, a Publix gift certificate and several restaurant gift certificates. A 60/40 cash drawing was held, and the winner was kind enough to donate her portion to the American Cancer Society.
“I’m inspired by how the community came together for such an important cause, even in tough times. Everyone had such a good time,” said Project Accountant Sandra Kyser.
