Fort Myers employees got together to knock down some pins for the American Cancer Society on April 25, 2009 at Friendship Lanes in Cape Coral. A total of $10,000 was raised between funds donated by employees and proceeds from goods sold ($5,000); and a $5,000 donation match by Balfour Beatty Construction. This is Fort Myer’s second year participating in this event. Last year they raised over $2,200.
The team included Sandra Kyser, project accountant and team captain; Anabel Palma, receptionist; Laurie Lagos, project manager; Mitch Thomas, superintendent; Karen Baker, project accountant; Mayda Suarez, project accountant; Rondell Newson, project engineer; Scott Long, project engineer; Maricell Venegas, QCA and Melissa Johnson, QCA.
